Zhan Zhuang Qi Gong, often called 'standing pole' or 'standing tree' Qi Gong is one of the classic Taoist Qi Gong exercises. The five simple positions of this form of Qi Gong take only a short while to learn but a lifetime to master! It is a very powerful and meditative Qi Gong style which we love teaching at Peak House Practice.

Our students are amazed how quickly they become connected to their 'Qi' when they are free from the distraction of having to remember the more complicated moves and positions often found in other forms of Qi Gong and T'ai Chi.
