The Turn Body, Deflect, Parry, and Punch ( 转身搬拦捶, Zhuǎnshēn Bānlánchuí) is a posture found in t'ai chi ch'uan. The Turn Body, Deflect, Parry, and Punch is a relatively easy posture to learn to beginners.

This posture features a Chou (Elbow) followed by a Zhou Pu (Left Step), then a frontal strike and a low kick while mantaining a Chung Ting (Central Stance) movement.
